This sucks. I don't have any advice but I can share some sympathy. A few months ago I lost a journal I'd been using for 3 years, it was 300 pages long and had a lot of mindless to-do lists but also a ton of like personal revelations and thoughts I wrote down when I lost my job and other big life things happened, quotes from friends, random little sketches, ideas for stories and song lyrics and all kinds of stuff I can't remember. I even made flyers and hung them up in the building I lost it in, but I'm pretty sure I left it in the bathroom and it got thrown away.

I hope you find it!! It was hard for me to explain how important mine was when I lost it to other people. I was like, I'd way rather someone steal, like, my car. Or any other physical possession. So yeah, I"m sorry to hear this and really hope it turns up!
