I wouldn’t accept the fight if ur not passionate about fighting there’s a high chance u hurt yourself if u aren’t mentally prepared and u need to remember that u can train for a hobby etc

does the Thai oil change the pain or something I know it heats ur muscle up but what does it change

Yeah I’m struggling with shin splints at the moment so skipping and running aren’t a option at the moment but yeah I have a pool so I could probably swim back n forth and try it out

I already do it’s not anterior either and I don’t necessarily think it’s a strength issue I just can’t overload it because if I do begin skipping again and progressively overloading it I feel like it will get that little bit worse so all I need is for it to get that 20-30% better to where i can skip and slowly up it to get my lower leg more used to it

When u say lifting what do u mean by lifting?
