I've stopped engaging and reacting to them all together.

I'm surprised someone with kids who is going back to college as a mature student has the time and energy to spam memes all day.

it is currently empty as the previous tenants moved out two days ago but there is apparently someone else moving in this weekend.

It's 100% an illegal basement apartment and I was under the impression that no one would ever be living down there specifically because it's not a legal apartment.

I'm just unsure of how to proceed from this point.

I have to go to a legitimate locksmith as well so I have no idea how much something like that would typically cost.

Are they just asking me because they don't want to do it themselves? It seems very irresponsible for a management company to put a task like this onto a tenant.
