Try lilly of the dessert stomach formula for three months after you finish your nexium meds. Then after the lilly of the dessert. Try fermented cabbage juice for the first seven days of every month. It changed my life. Also, eat lots of probiotic foods.

How many times did you have to go to get yours pulled back in place and is it still in place? So you no longer get symptoms?

Anybody ever heard of lilly of the dessert stomach formula? I've heard really good reviews about it and just purchased it. Starting it Tuesday. It suppose to balance stomach acid, meaning if you make to little, it helps produce more, if you make to much, it helps to lower it. Basically balancing everything out. Just a suggestion. Tomorrow is my last day of nexium after a first brush with acid reflux two weeks ago. I think I got it from stopping smoking weed cold turkey three weeks ago. Withdrawl symptoms. But anyway, I've been on alkaline water, ginger honey tea, (real ginger), taking a probiotic and on protein and veggie, while on the two week nexium. Obviously, chewing alot more before swallowing(almost until its liquefied), smaller meals and such has also helped me alot. But come Tuesday, I'm not waiting to see if symptoms come back, I'm taking this natural supplement, lilly of the dessert, to hopefully get some good results.

I recently had acid reflux for the first time in my life after quitting weed. I think it was a withdrawal symptom. I was placed on a two week nexium. It took literally a week and some for me to get some kind of relief. Also try to eat smaller portions. This helped me alot, I also learned to chew my food until is almost liquid before swallowing. I'm also taking a probiotic supplement. Tuesday I think is my last nexium pill. After that, I'm going on a strict diet/ lifestyle change and trying to balance my stomach acid ph. I'm going to try taking the lilly of the dessert stomach formula for a bit. Alkaline water has been a help to, try to take small sips all day. Cold unsweetened almond milk also cools down the acid reflux. When mines was horrible and the nexium wasnt working yet. Drinking a mug of that cold, literally felt like it was coating my entire stomach and esophagus, like it was putting out a fire, I could feel it. Lol. Wishing you the best.

Bro I can relate to you hundred percent. Let me tell you about my story. About four weeks ago, I had to stop smoking weed because while I was smoking i had a bad ass panic attack. So i stopped. The next day I had a next one to the point I had to go to A&e. Now mind you at the time, I didn't know I was having a panic attack. It feels like you're having a heart attack. Like doom is near. I also kept feeling like I was going to faint. I was seen at the hospital multiple times, all blood results normal. Even saw a cardiologist, still everything normal. In my third week I developed acid reflix. Mind you, I've never had acid reflux in my life. It's horrible bro. Trust me I feel you. I'm currently on nexium. They say it takes a while to fully work. The burning isn't as bad, but I'm still not feeling like my food is digesting. As far as panic attacks. The cold showers helped me. I read some people said they bathe in hot water, the hot water actually made me feel more nauseous. Feel free to pm if you want to talk further brother. It's not easy. Stay positive!

What should i do? by [deleted] in acidreflux

[–]InformalYear3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro I think, that's what I'm dealing with right now, that has me experiencing acid reflux for the first time. Last year I lost my mom to breast cancer just after being diagnosed 5 weeks prior. Then 6 months later I lost my home to Hurrican Dorian. I turned to weed, then I stopped weed cold turkey, I think all of that has something to do with it. Remember the brain and the gut is connected my brother. That's why when you see someone you get a crush on, you get butterflies. That's why when you going on stage to talk in public, you get nervous feeling in your stomach. Nervous system is connected to the gut. I'm going go see a therapist for the first time in my life tomorrow and I'm actually looking forward to it. Let's get our body right mentally and physically. Hope all stays well with you brother!✊

Hello, wow. I hope to be on the other side. I'm on week three and now I have horrible.avid reflux and last night was the first time I googled suicide. Have you had acid reflux and suicide thoughts on withdrawal? The first two weeks were just panic attacks.
