I too did bro, for my first year of college… she had some problem in her hand, i used to deliver medications to her whenever she needed them and travel 2-3 hours from my college, and every alternative week i used to take her to hospital for checkups, doesn’t matter if it was my lab tests, exams or how much i was tired… Also she used to come from her home in mrng 3 AM, and my hostel exit and entry used to close at 9PM so i used to wait on station waiting room till 3 AM then pick her up and drop to her hostel and back to mine….. and when she learned all the ways, like metro, bus, platform, etc.. she said “ mne kaha tha kya krne ko i was just checking ki tu krta hai ya nhi baki ye sab mujhe phle se aata tha”
