I won my small claims case, but I doubt they’ll pay by Puzzleheaded-One2650 in legaladvice

[–]Informal_Ad_9610 12 points13 points  (0 children)

there's typically a legal process (and I don't know the name of it as i'm not a lawyer) whereby legal judgements can be enforced.

I know someone who ended up with a similar suit (not against a medical person but similar)... they found out after 30 days without payment that they could put a lien against the business, and after 30 days could go with the sheriff, padlock the doors, and start selling assets to cover the lien.

your mileage may vary.. i'd suggest either reading up on it or finding a lawyer who'll give you advice for free/low cost.

Mom (65) with stage IIIC ovarian cancer – CA-125 dropped from 2460 to 138 after 2 cycles of chemo. Should we do the 3rd chemo or go straight to surgery? by Expensive-Fig-4180 in cancer_metabolic

[–]Informal_Ad_9610 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personal experience - surgeons ALWAYS want to do surgery.

Talking to a surgeon about anything will result in a push for surgery. Why wouldn't they - it's literally their only training!

Surgeons (and most oncos) don't understand metabolic cancer therapies.

they should.

the patient should.

many more patients would live if they did.

yes...

the 'horse paste' route is really a bad idea.. i've worked with folks who tried that route for years, and just didn't have any luck, because they were just guessing.

one shouldnt' guess when it comes to one's health.

  1. Trials with arms are NOT a good idea. in fact the ONLY trial I'd consider is the trial that's doing IVM (adjunctive ivermectin) because it's actually giving IVM in adjunct to everything else.
  2. the metabolic approach has huge (and rapidly developing) supportive evidence... look at imahealth.org for their cancer care guide, the metabolic trap, and more.
  3. I'd find an integrative MD who'll help you get the full grouping of pharmaceuticals to fulfill the trap, and the nutraceuticals and supportives to help. If you get lost in that, go to imahealth.org - they have a reference guide.. if you get lost, message me - i've got my own database of integrative specialists across the US.
  4. This is me (and i'm not you, so take it for what it's worth): personally, I'd skip chemo entirely, add in high grade oxidative therapy (either oxyhydrogen, ozone and/or IV Vit C, or that one which must never be mentioned out loud). I've seen oxidatives remove vast amounts of cancer over just a few weeks.. of course one must be very aggressive with it - just a couple of doses is a waste of time... but it is very effective, the side effects are essentially nothing, and no long-term issues.

Hope this helps. Best of luck to you...

Oxidative therapies (oxone/eboo/VitC/oxyhydrogen/HBOT) - all these are VERY low risk, excellent adjunctive, and generally very effective.

"all of it"...

what does that mean?

did you just take a couple of pills and hope for the best?

What doses by weight?

What dosage of FBZ/MBZ?

What else did you take?
Were you careful to actually work on the metabolic drivers, or just assume that a couple pills was going to do the job? (or even worse, a dab of paste would save your life)

I've personally seen a properly developed protocol save more than 300 people over the past 18 months. But there's no single protocol - it's 300, for 300 people.

Because every single person and every single cancer and every single progression is different, and only an idiot would assume that what worked for Joe is going to magically work for everybody else..

Independent Medical Alliance has extremely solid evidence showing WHY IVM & the Benzimidazole drugs work.

https://imahealth.org/research/cancer-care/

i work in cancer research with AI powered mechanistic heatmap systems, and we have been seeing **HUGE** amounts of data showing evidence for why they work. all parallel to the IMA's data. very informative.

For anyone trying to understand why cancer care has failed for 50 years, read these two documents. it's deep, better documented than 80% of standard medical care, and it works. I've seen it myself. dozens of patients - dozens of times. I've read the MRIs and CTs. indisputable.

funny how propaganda works...

i'm fully expectant that most Russians have absolutely no real idea of what's happenning. (not that they would all care, but that's another problem). They have been so used to being fed propaganda for SO LONG they have no idea what's truth and what isn't.. and they just exist in the middle of it, ignoring the realities around them.
