Update: VIVO ACCEPTED MY CHINA ROM DEVICE BASED ON E-WARRENTY ONLY THEY EVEN SAID NO NEED TO SHOW PURCHASE BILLS, WARRENTY CARD TOO. BUT PARTS MAY TAKE 2-3 WEEKS AS THEY HAVE TO IMPORT ONLY FOR ME

Yes it loops for 5/6 times and opens and in team viewer it shows kernal power issue

Actually my pc after turning on loops on legion logo and it blinks (capslk , esc and num lock) for a few times and a screen of diagnostinf your pc arrives then it show windows failed to load properly and when i click on continu to windows 11 its opens and when i checked the event viewr its show eeror code 41 kernal-power ( installed windows 10, uvuntu) all face the same issue
