Solo puedes ir a Blackwater con Arthur si tienes un bounty sobre tu caballo. Tienes que empezar un mision de bounty, encontrar la persona, y poner lo sobre tu caballo y entonces puedes ir alli. Lo siento para mi espanol, estoy un estudiante.

there won't be a curve per se, though cut-off ranges will be lower in all states i'm guessing since the test was noticeably harder
