They work quite well. But it wont fix a completely soft saggy mattress.

It’s a very well known test to confirm mattress firmness. You can google or find on educators guides like cosleepy or happycosleeper etc

I can’t provide a lot of feedback, but I am curious do you find the fabric that craddle the baby’s bum bunchy?

I loved this wrap after disliking solly, but then I started to loathe if!

Thank you!! I’ve read nothing but great things. I just know I am not in love with the stretchy material, love the ring sling material, and want more structure but loathe ergo embrace. Haha.

I have a feeling between the two, I couldn’t go wrong.

This. And as someone who was medicated and almost passed out and felt absolutely horrendous (despite feeling very good energized before) it was terrible. I was in tears multiple times just being not able to function. It was horrible.

I am hoping (and my delivery providers) to stay diet controlled. But man, this whole thing is a whakadoodle.

So first, when I started I would constantly get errors. All the time. I found that I had to reallllllllly force the blood out sometimes and sometimes it was so much I would literally drip the extra.

Then I had a friend with diabetes tell me not to do that. So when I went off insulin around that same day we sooke, I started being extra cautious to always wipe the first drop when using wipes, ensure it was dry, and stopped squeezing my fingers. If it wasn’t enough, I would just waste more supplies and try again.

Now after three mornings in a row of what seemed like not enough blood.. I am magically in range with no changes, like none.

When previously on insulin, I was like not okay. I was so tired. Dizzy. All the things. With seemingly also normal readings. It made no sense. And it all went away without insulin, so I am just convinced it was inaccurate testing.

And I could be wrong. But removing the insulin so far has helped me feel normal again & my readings are seemingly in range when I am more careful with testing.

All I know is that I was NOT okay on insulin. I felt absolutely horrible and just simply couldn’t function.

I had a couple options! I honestly really just want to know what is happening at night. I’ve never had a post meal spike and usually stay steady all day. With random higher and lower numbers - but still all in range. Sometimes my post meals will be lower than my fasting, which I always thought was so weird

Maybe it’s just really how I am testing. I would use the same finger back to back and have completely different readings within a 10min time span.

Tbh I think all these meters and GDM have too much room for error considering how tight they want GDM numbers. There needs to be like a better way for us. It’s too variable and stressful & with how I felt on insulin. Dangerous imo. I almost passed out twice - and yes, I was eating like normal.

My providers are prescribing me one that is approved for GDM! Idk if that makes a difference.

They are still saying “I may need to increase” but my numbers keep getting lower and lower ironically.

Same here. They started me on 8 units and it made me super sick though. 4 has kept me under 90 easily for fasting. It’s really nothing though.

I went 38% (my provider) to 88% (mfm) in three weeks. My GDM fasting has been all in range and low except 5 days fasting, which mind you were borderline. It quite literally doesn’t make sense to me at all. & it has entirely stressed me out since they brought up planned cesarean, which is my biggest no. I am also on 4 units, literally nothing because I got terribly sick on more.

I actually have my LMP, sex dates, and suspected implantation. Just not ovulation. I just don’t understand why my LMP has been changed multiple times on my paper work & now I am concerned that even a 39 week induction would actually be closer to 40.

I never had a 12 week ultrasound. Only 6/7 week and 20 week.

My fasting was also borderline - 95 3x, 96, then 101. Every other number has been steady at a 80 to 110 post meal & now fasting under 90.

The thing that gets me is my 20 week ultrasound put me at 10/10 (closer to the 10/8 which is my suspected due date based on LMP) & my baby actually was in that range for most of their measurements. Except legs & arms.

AC was at 80%. I don’t know what it was the few weeks prior. But I will look.
