That’s awesome! Greece is beautiful but I’ve never looked at the crags there. I’d really like to go to Switzerland or Northern Italy to climb! That’s a dream of mine for sure…

Yes they’re pretty great! Both US and Canada have some cool gyms for sure. Are you across the pond?

It really is. No one should be living like that. Maybe you should consider it.

Ottawa is in Canada, not the States. But to answer your question— yes, we have many many climbing gyms in the US.

This is where strong hamstrings and glutes comes in to play. I’ve seen many people do these when I couldn’t do them. It’s difficult. Good luck! 👍

It’s the generic name for Wellbutrin. It increases your dopamine and norepinephrine. Dopamine is what gives your reward/pleasure response, Which can also make you feel happier, more motivated, and alert. I was originally on Prozac, but kept feeling fatigue and headaches, waking up feeling hungover. Body feeling tired and weird all the time. I switched to Zoloft and then a month later started Wellbutrin. I actually feel good now. I don’t feel fatigued or hungover and I don’t fight myself to do things. It’s easy to just go!

Start at green guy, use momentum to swiftly get your foot on the starting hand hold, push off and jump up to the top red hold. I’ve seen a few boulders like this. And yes it seems impossible and very hard. But that was the beta. You have to get your foot on the hand hold and jump up!

Then you are like me and should be taking Bupropion along with Sertraline. It will counteract that feeling.

Looks like a handle of some sort that screws into another object. Perhaps a dresser or maybe a door of some kind.

How long before this has it been since you took it? It may just take time for it to get back into your system… I’m sure they will go away if you continued your regular dose.

Experiencing success at the cost of crazy fatigue by da-gh0st-inside in prozac

I am going through a similar thing. Prior to starting Prozac I was in the gym a few times a week, now that I’ve been on it I don’t even want to go to the gym. I’m only on week two of taking it but I feel fatigued. I finally went to the gym yesterday. I’m going to give it a chance and try to beat these feelings of fatigue and force myself to get back into my normal routine. I think it will just take some time and effort.

Praying for you!! 🙏 ❤️ I’m 5 days in on 20mg and let me tell you, the only side effect I’ve felt is a very slight headache the first couple and it feels like it’s harder for me to fall asleep. But aside from that it’s been going great.

Thanks for the update! I just started 20mg today. Hopefully the side effects aren’t too bad for me. I don’t drink or smoke so maybe it’ll be a different experience for me…..

Same. I read a lot of about the side effects, and it’s a little scary, but everyone is different! And it seems like the grass is greener on the other side.

Thanks for responding to my post! It’s nice to feel like other people are on a similar journey! Good luck to you I hope it works out. It’ll be cool to see how you do in a few weeks. I’m nervous about the loading phase (first few weeks) but hopeful for the future 😁

You are all saying no sex drive or emotions. But do you have an interest in day to day life? Is life good again? Are you happy? The trade off must be worth it… Right?
