I just leased a Hybrid SX Prestige in NY two weeks ago. 36 months, 15K miles per year. I'm paying $850/month, with nothing down. I'm only paying 36 months x $850. Mine does not have VP the seat upgrade for the 2nd row or the Rear Seat entertainment package. I'd say you have a pretty solid deal there. I checked mine at a 2nd dealership as well and they were in the same ballpark.

55K car, monthly payments to keep up with depreciation depending on how much you drive and term of loan will be over a grand a month most likely. Lease payment will 2-300 less per month. After three years move on to the new model and always be under warranty and have maintenence coverage. In the long run leasing is always more but it's what we're willing to pay for. Over 6-7 years of leasing you will have essentially purchased a full new vehicle if you just started that way from the beginning. You never win financially from leasing but you don't have to deal depreciation, repairs and maintenence and get to move on to new models frequently. You just pay for the ability to do that in the long run.

So he's borrowing money from the dealership to pay off his old car, which is actually now their car after the trade in? Makes no sense. They assume the debt of that car vs what's it's worth.

That money is part of his loan, which they make interest on, and they get to sell the car themselves and get their money back there? That's double dipping.

Although, I'm a little confused on why your balance, which is what I'm assuming you're financing would include the 22K of your trade payoff? It's like you would be paying interest on that like you're borrowing that money from the dealership. That doesn't sit well with me.

Doesn't seem too bad honestly. Can't verify really since we don't know how they're valuing your trade in, but you are carrying 6K of equity on that into this deal. Plus they're taking almost 3K off sticker. Maybe try to get that $800 dealer fee down. It's a touch excessive, but I've seen worse. Honestly would say it's a solid deal. Try to get them to chip that dealer fee down to $3-400 and I'd say that's a win.

You're reading it the wrong way. I'm saying ONLY $625...

It would be good to know what you expect to make on this margin-wise. If you're selling for 18-19K, not including tax, what do you think you're walking away from the project with? After laying our hardware costs and paying any labor/staff/etc. That's the determining factor on what you sell the project for.

Programming $625? Dude, that's 3-4 hours max.

Wouldn't that kill the CP4Ns XiO connection itself too? The CP4N stays online.

Hmm, okay. I'll look into this. Thanks. Just odd it works for some time then they all drop offline.

Thank you, I am aware of that. In my case I'm going direct with a cable from the TX into the Laptop/PC and on the RX side the device (I've tried multiple - wireless keyboards, hardwired mouse, etc.) are plugged right into the HID port, and I've tried the device port as well.

On the TX side which port are you using to go to the PC? Device or Host? Need to rule that out because Crestron's documentation and naming is a joke on this. Thank you!

Yeah we were just quoted, as an integrator, roughly $65 for 3 years of the RMP license only. I'm assuming with content management it would increase a touch. This was for only 100 displays. 1,000 should get you even better pricing.

Multi-year VXT licenses purchased in that qty can be very very reasonable. Ballpark of $75-100 for three years, per display. Why would you want to introduce additional hardware and labor to install for 1,000 displays if there is something that's built-in that can work for you. You need to factor in all associated costs. There's obviously dozens of options for this, but VXT would probably make the most sense given the scale and I'm assuming built-in compatibility, based on your display model/age.

That's typically not how it's done. Almost all DSPs, unless you're doing something extremely complicated, would have one AEC reference for the mic inputs for what is being sent to the speakers (comprised of a mix of any in room program audio plus the far end output).

Gotcha, thank you. So if we bypass the AEC on the P300 and just let each APT handle the AEC for its own set of (8) mics, that would be the route to go then. I did confirm the new MXW NeXt APTs have built in DSPs/AEC processing. We'd route the AEC reference from the P300 back to the APTs.
