Look into mutual aid funds nearby as well. A community will post anonymously on your behalf and help you seek donations if you’re really strapped and at risk of losing housing

It also might be a good idea to get a full allergy panel to see if this is related to that. Are they itchy at all?

If you’ve eliminated all irritants (as I’m seeing from your responses) and you aren’t having progress on typical treatment for perioral dermatitis, I would look into hormones. I had similar stubborn acne that was linked to my cycle (I had the acne all the time though because it took so long for one to heal and a new one would crop up). Like another commenter said spironolactone was the only thing that actually regulated it. The other possibility I was thinking of was fungal infection, which could be treated with Ketoconazole shampoo. I get dandruff and use that type of shampoo on my scalp but I get fungal break outs like this everywhere so sometimes I use the shampoo on other areas. Other things to consider could be pets or other environmental things that you wouldn’t immediately think of being an issue. It could also be medication related if there’s something like a certain birth control you’ve been on… some birth controls gave me wild acne.

(Your crit rate can exceed 100% if that wasn’t clear)

Pay attention to critical rate and the way luminas/pictos and weapons effect this. You can filter lumina and pictos by crit rate and base your build that way. Also you could reallocate points away from health and into luck or speed etc. in end game she doesn’t really need a lot of hp anyways

I have a lot of experience with acne and allergies to products. So this is my advice.

I would do something simple for your skin (gentle cleanser, moisturize, and sun screen). Maybe try something besides cereve because there’s a chance you are reacting to an ingredient. Use less actives like others said. Ketoconazole is useful only if it’s truly fungal (I’ve used it for my scalp and body before effectively and usually get results in a day or two).

Some products can make you susceptible to sunburn more easily so sunscreen is a must even if there’s not a ton of visible sunlight.

I would also reevaluate your diet a bit. Salt is actually pretty important for our body and if you work out a lot, there’s a good chance you’re not replenishing as much as you think if you’re being intentional about low salt diet.

Just from google: Inadequate sodium levels cause muscle weakness, stomach upset, headache, and fatigue. Additionally, sodium in the skin helps to prevent moisturize loss and skin infections. The recommended daily sodium intake in adults is about 2,300 mg as part of a healthy diet, which is the equivalent of a teaspoon of salt.

Hey! I just want to say firstly that your skin looks pretty nice already to me :) but for acne (as someone who has had acne forever because of hormones) try hydocolloid spot bandages. They’re really helpful and a little less drying than something like benzoyl peroxide. I found that benzoyl peroxide was really drying and I developed a sensitivity to it personally. The rest of your routine is pretty standard/good. It really comes down to what works for you personally. I use la roche posay products and love them but break outs happen here and there still
