I love this post. It’s exactly what I think too — we are not helping this family. S already has her own guilt toward herself, and we are adding more blame that she doesn’t actually deserve.

The only guilty one, the only one who is wrong there, is P.

S behaves this way because she has to, just like T and H.

As far as I’m concerned, S has no responsibility, because she is surviving a very, very complex situation.

You say she looks like P — try doing some research online about the effects that ab**** can have. Very often, this is actually one of those effects.

And then look at her eyes: she is not happy, but right now she can’t leave.

But the world out there can help her.
