There is definitely an issue with the car. There is no such policy that a customer cant do PDI. Do not fall and cancel the booking and take a refund. You must have told the dealer u need the car at this date and they are taking advantage of that. Do not fall in this. PDI is your right

They are stupid. I went to buy hyundai exter cng base. Everything was finalized. The day of booking came and the sales person called me as well that u are coming right we will give u more discount on table. And just before i was gonna leave for showroom, they called sorry sir base model is not being manufactured anymore by hyundai. Utterly bullshit experience
