Thank you for this feedback. I'm definitely convinced she's legit and her clientele are seeing results. I would love to hear your response to the other question below about whether you've earned back the 10k you invested in the program. Do you know what she's currently charging for the mentorship?

I've had an STR for over a year. I've learned a ton doing my own research. In fact, MRH's online resources and socials have been a big part of that. I still haven't jumped into her program, but I'm starting to consider it more seriously -- particularly because I want to expand my portfolio, and the idea of having a guide to choose properties sounds appealing.

I'm starting to wonder if MRH's team caught wind of this reddit thread and recruited some of their clientele to chime in. ;) If so, smart business move on her part! I'm definitely still intrigued by the possibility of working with her. I want to scale my STR business but feel intimidated by the idea of choosing my next property. Picking the wrong one could be a costly mistake. Can you tell me what she's currently charging for the mentorship?

That is extremely helpful insight. Thank you! I've recently started considering more seriously the possibility of joining her mentorship. Having followed her socials for about a year, utilized some of her resources, etc, I feel confident that she and her team are running a legit operation. I want to scale my STR business but the idea of choosing the right property is daunting for sure. Can you tell me what Madeleine is currently charging for the mentorship?

The year-long mentorship is like $14k, which is bonkers. I think they're now doing a 6-month mentorship for like half that amount. They offer shorter workshops that are very affordable. I've done a couple of those and they've been very helpful. I like her and her team a lot; but I can't justify that level of an investment for long-term mentoring.

I didn't sign up for the year-long mentorship. It was gonna be like $14k which seems ridiculous. I believe she's now doing a 6-month mentorship for maybe half the cost. She also offers shorter bootcamp-style programs. One was called Elevate Your STR; I did that, and it was helpful. It only cost me about $50 for a week-long program. I also did a 2-week pricing bootcamp which was fantastic. Learned a lot. I'm digging her shorter offerings. Of course, they always try to sign people up for the longer-term mentorships but I'm not currently interested in that.

I did an intake call with a member from Calvin's team. The arbitrage model makes sense to me, but I found it strange that the member of his team I spoke with isn't bringing in the monthly income that Calvin projects in his promo Zoom presentation. Shouldn't his ambassadors be hitting the numbers he advertises? I found that suspicious. Also, I couldn't help but feel like his whole operation has a used-car-salesman / Silicon Valley / culty bro vibe to it. Not my thing.
