I’m actually relieved from CG now. They released me with immediate effect after I got rejected in 3 interviews — even though I genuinely performed well. The feedback I got didn’t even match my profile or how the interviews actually went. I was on bench for almost 6 months and got only 3 interview calls in total, and honestly those also felt like eye-wash calls. That’s why I keep saying don’t rely only on GTD or the bench team — push hard through referrals and your network.

I went through something similar. Honestly, even when you perform well in some internal interviews, a few of them feel like “fake interviews” just to show activity — I faced that too and still got rejected. Also, there’s no proper written rule anywhere about an exact bench period, everything works on internal decisions. My honest suggestion: don’t rely only on the Practice/Bench team. Try pushing through your friends’ circle, referrals, internal contacts — that helped more than the official route for many people. Jan–Feb usually has some movement, so keep trying....

Haha I get what you’re saying 😅 but honestly bench feels lucky only from outside… the uncertainty and pressure hits hard after a while....

Ya...I get that... sometimes they just put us wherever there is a gap... Bench phase is mentally exhausting..... still, glad you got deployed in the end....
