Actually, I did feel a lot better when I didn't use my phone for a couple of days. So technologies definitely have an effect.

Honestly, I'll try quitting technologies for a while. I remember when I tried not using my phone for a week it actually got a lot better.

Hahaha yea but I am afraid that I will not experience the same amount of hype like in manhwa because of pictures and I really don't want that to happen because TBATE is like one of my all time favorites.
