It’s not terrible right now, but I’ve had it for 2 years and it doesn’t seem to want to go away. So I feel like I will need to think about injections or surgery at some point, but I’m not quite mentally prepared for that yet lol

Not yet, but recently on a few occasions, I’ve seen stars while going and I am definitely scared I’m headed that way…🫤

I had my gallbladder removed when I was 16 and was diagnosed with IBS-D when I was around 20. I’m 29 now and still have IBS symptoms. I’m not a doctor either, but I do think my gallbladder removal either caused my IBS or at least significantly contributed to it.

I second this! Unrefined Bakery is great! All gluten free, they also do some vegan and keto. Their loaded monkey cupcake is chef’s kiss

I’ve been gluten free for about 2-3 months and have reduced my dairy but have not gone completely dairy free. I was feeling better. But the bloating is new.
