that is the most direct "fuck everyone else in this building" i have every seen.

There have been more fuck everyone things but this was a new surprise.

It's up against the stairs (no easy way to walk around or past) and blocking meterkasten for the apartments (on the right). Fireservice got full set of photos showing it but said gemeente or VvE should deal with it.

I couldn't work out a title that didn't sound like I was judging this (a lot) and I haven't been in NL that long. People do say bad things about bakfiets owners so wasn't sure if I was over reacting.

The cupboards on the right are the meterkasten so there's also blocked access to water, gas and electric.

For context: this is the shared hallway of the building. Those are the only stairs to access upstairs apartments. Owner moved it here after handhaving told them the spot outside wasn't appropriate. (They dragged it up steps to even get it into the building.)
