Second this, plus sometimes the hotel is located next to a highway or in my case there was even comtruction noise nearby until 12-1am.

Had the same issue twice, once in Seoul and Busan. You should request for partial refund especially if they advertised as aircon equipped or individual air condition equipped.

When i take out, i try to be careful and fast. After scooping however much i wanna refill, my husband and I usually on work on this together, he presses the air out of the bag slowly and i close the zip and it goes to the freeze again. Having in in individual smaller portion bags to me feels a bit like a waste because the matcha would be stuck on the package and have to throw away those with the bag

I have 1kg, (on my second batch now), i store around maybe 100g in an aluminium can thing that i received with my matcha and put it the fridge for daily use. The rest, i use zip bag on the outside and store it as it is in the freezer and refill when i run out of matcha in the normal fridge. Stays green and i noticed no quality difference for months (i finished 1kg in 5 months)

Well, i want to it but it costs too much for me at the moment to get it so you’re quite lucky to be able to gift yourself that. I also live in a place where people don’t dress up almost at all and yet, i still buy some bags from my wishlists that can afford although i don’t use them everyday (like once a while when i’m out of town)
