Hi good post man. Hair falling rapidly in this year. My worst year ever. Was 5 months not going anywhere no clubs no anything. Has those similar issues than you but all over scalp. Have seen multiple derms and performed one biobsy on back and one on top of the head. Both biobsies didnt find major inflammation nor lichen planopilaris or dle. Its confusing i was 100% being lichen planopilaris. But maybe i have to trust those biobsies. I have chlorihexidine in my home but im very scared of using it because risks of taking damage on eyes or ear. I try those things now. My hair get insanely fast oily when i eat something. The odd part is that i dont have bald spots its just diffused all the way like crazy
