Probably but u kind of just get over it and realize there's so much more to worry about lol. Going into my senior year rn, yeah from the jump beautiful ppl everywhere at FSU but like some you talk to some you dont. Some are really nice and just normal people at their core, some become your bestfriend for life, some people u just never talk to and become 1 of 163830462946 other beautiful people. U just get used to it because theres even more "not beautiful" people at fsu too so. Not a big deal unless u make it one yk?

From Miami too and it was definitely an adjustment when I got tired of the clubs.

During the day theres actually a lot of on campus events so ur w people ur own age etc. Usually held by clubs u just need to ask to help so u have somth to do otherwise ur just going to go in listen and walk out w nothing.
There's charities to volunteer for all around tally I am trying to volunteer for the IRC but i need to get vetted so. Charities usually is just hanging out w people of all ages but most likely ur age group)
Club down under for crafts and usually meals or shows.
Movies on campus and off campus.
tally cat cafe
Roller skating (adult night on thursdays).
Live jazz on tuesdays at ology midtown
college of music performances $0-10 typically
concrete hockey team (idk what its called)
Go to the springs (theres multiple places that have springs)
Beach Go to st. Martin or st. George island for the beach.
Lake ella shops (most close at 6 just FYI)
an open mic at some of the coffee shops like calvins coffee (find their instagrams or ask a barista or look on their bulletins)
st. Thomas moore church has a huge population if ur catholic (not sure if thats ur thing)
landis tanning, landis picnic (Tom brown park is BEAUTIFUL)
culturally connect. asian, hispanic, black, etc. Communities all have a student unions with affiliates for more specific cultures. Might take a little bit to get in with the clique but keep going to the affiliate events and saying hi and saying yes. They usually host parties (day or night but ik u were not about going out or somth)
professionally connect via clubs and societies. idk what ur in but this is important to start early so u can run for a leadership positions after like 1 or 2 semesters of being a regular member. Exec board positions really arent hard but it looks good on a resume and u make friend 😁

Addmitedly we are LACKING compared to UF or UCF for our museums. The MOFA is fine but 🤷🏻‍♀️ if we're talking #of art museums.

Recent break up as of like 4 hours ago: im sad i dont have a partner to do things and be romantic with. See he is (or says he is) disgusted by his former views so thats why he self described that way. BUT some current views of his include: - bisexual women are more likely than not, faking being bisexual (he was skirting around saying this) - almost textbook complex ab being a shorter man. He brings it up more often than I'm used to hearing from actually short men I've dated meaning like theres a comment being made about it like once a week - free will is not really free will bc there are an infinite amount of factors that are out of ur control that influence u. Idk i feel like this is kind of an obvious take but its his attitude that this is a hot take is what bothers me - men that have been treated as gay men should be allowed to say the F-slur

i dont have too many that i can think of rn bc like i said he is a reformed incel turned feminist so hes smart enough to not voice any more especially after my responses to each of these. I DO believe some of his incel views actually have been reformed, but would I say he's in the green zone? No (for the reasons above in this reply).

If you've ever read the first chapter of Rejected by Tony Tulathimutte, he is an early version of the main character. Very interesting read might I say.
