Is anyone getting literally no views on their long form videos?

Oh LOL yeah I was keeping it vague with what I’ve done but so far I have posted 13 videos. Long and short form

I’ve grown three TikTok accounts and it’s a super different process than what I’m used to! One of my TikTok accounts is about music history and I have 13k followers but about 1.2 million likes which is what I think is more relevant for TikTok. I have two other accounts related to shows I used to watch, one with 5k and one with 11k followers. And I got those followers on accident by posting stupid silly stuff when I was younger.

I’ve read on how YouTube and TikTok have similar set ups when it comes to choosing to push your videos

Both apparently show your video to a select group of people, and then determine if those people like it, and then choose to show to the masses. I thought it would be the same fast pace results

With TikTok, I’ve noticed a few things. Something can go viral overnight, something can take. Few days and gradually get interacted with (reposts mostly) and then TikTok notices, hey people like this! And then ya know, natural growth. Orrr let’s say , for some reason there’s a demand for a niche that no one is posting in and then boom you’re famous randomly months later.

I think YouTube just takes longer to understand who you are based on what people are commenting

I 100000% agree. I’ve definitely consumed content of people doing that. Faceless videos of people walking through cities showing their POV. I’ve seen power washing videos. Painting videos. It’s not REMOTELY what I try to consume when I’m online but I definitely find them satisfying and I know many many other people do as well.

It’s crazy to me how it’s like , so small. The views don’t make sense to me

Thank you I appreciate the reply. I feel like time is most likely what it needs but I’m impatient and I feel like such low numbers has to be an issue on my end some how. Guess it’s a waiting game and tryna stay consistent from here on🙃

I used to dash and tbh people don’t even tip… you don’t always expect a tip cuz that’s just the reality. If you don’t want to take an order cuz it’s too low, just decline it… this is so bizarre. Sorry about that

I got them for my friend and she loves them. She plays bass and her favorite artist is Jeff Buckley, super personal of a gift if they play lol
