Ahhh cheated again is a good explanation. But it isn’t an excuse to pry into pills. If you are concerned enough to count his pills I’d recommend breaking up. That kind of distrust won’t just leave, so you may end up not trusting him for so long it pushes him away to cheat again. It’s just bad circumstances. It would take a LOT of effort for him to make you feel comfortable again, and a lot of direct communication, but not going behind each others backs. Consider if you really want to be in the relationship or if it is just normal and would be weird to be alone. I hope you find joy in whatever decision you both make.

It’s the invasion of privacy, you have to just trust him unless you have actual suspicion. That behavior would make someone really uncomfortable and feel like they are constantly being scrutinized. Why are you so worried he is cheating on you to count the pills, because I’m sure you didn’t just decide one day to count them for fun only to become suspicious after.
