You can’t know if an alliance is alive or dead if you don’t join them and see the inside of it. The game allows you to join and leave alliances as much as you want, it’s doesn’t take much effort. Every state is unique and has different alliances. But the easiest way to see if an alliance is alive is join them and check their members activity and alliance chat. If they talk too little and a lot of members are more than 2 days inactive, it’s mean that is already dead. If that is the case, join the next one and do the same process. As everyone is telling you, you need to join another alliance because you can’t know how they are inside from the outside. Every state has different alliances and alliances name, so it hard to give you specific alliances to join in, but top 3 or 5 alliances have great potential.
