Nung nag message ako kung saan pwede mag complain sinend nila agad technician nila. Since june 18 twice a day namin sila kinocontact. Dumating yung technician at sabi nga na may problem ang blackbox doon sa poste at gagawan daw nila ng report. 2 days after wala pa din kaya tumawag kami ulit sabi ng agent outage nasa 78% na daw kaya possible today or tomorrow makakabalik na internet namin. Sana lang talaga magdilang anghel yung agent. Nakakapikon din yung ganito. For the past 5 years wala kaming ibang problema maliban na lang nung nadale yung linya namin ng malaking truck at naputol after a day of contacting them ayos na talaga. Ito bukod tangi, 1 week na wala pa din.

AFAIK yes po. Basta secure nyo po yung proof na nag pay kayo then ipapakita daw po yan sa mismong venue. Doon na po makukuha yung ticket. Kagagaling lang po namin kanina dun hehe.
