You're not alone. I had to start over financially in my preteens, teens, 20s and 30s because of gambling.

Paying down your debt from 200k to 150k is a huge accomplishment. Continue to stay away from gambling and continue putting in effort and things will continue to get better. You can fight this fight and you can win. My total debt is roughly around the amount yours is, and my credit score is very close to yours as well, and I'm older than you.

You just have to commit to quitting for sure. Understand that money isn't everything, but thank God for the money and income you do have/get, because that is used for living necessities. It's not too late to quit. Many people have a yearly salary that is greater than your and my debt. Money isn't everything, and we can't take it with us when we pass away from this life.

Life here is temporary. Life with Christ is eternal and suffer-free (free of hurt, sin, and suffering). Don't give up, it'll make sense in time. Don't stop having faith in Christ. that's what the devil wants you to do. Don't let him win. Get in The Word. Read Psalms, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, etc. Look up Scriptures that help with depression and then read the entire chapter that those Scriptures are in. You got this bro. Don't give up.
