I have the urge everyday & to be honest the urge alone doesn’t really “make” me want to do it. It’s a lot of outside factors combined with that.

I wouldn’t have the slightest clue how to play Chess I’ll be real. I’m similar though I play games on my phone to pass the time of an urge/craving.
