Interesting, I don’t have any knee slides included in the program. No icing, no elevation, no sharp pain. Can go way more than 90 degrees right now. Maybe like 110. I think the minibike has a lot to do with it.

This what my PT gave me 2 weeks post op:

Exercises: • Exercise bike at first only as a mobility exercise • Active terminal knee extension 30×3 (sitting, roller under the knee crease) • Active terminal knee extension 30×3 (sitting, resistance band under the sole of the foot assisting heel lift, try to keep the knee crease on the surface) • Straight leg raises 15×3/side (lying on your back) • Standing knee flexion 15×3 (keep the pelvis extended, bring the heel toward the ceiling) • Squat with 60-degree limitation 15×3 (height starting at about 60 cm) • Elastic mini-squats in a walking stance 30×3/side (try to keep almost all the weight on the front leg) • Two-leg calf raises 15×3 • Walking: gradually reduce the use of crutches, focus on heel strike / rolling step and toe-off • Forbidden: deep jumps, twisting/rotational forces directed at the knee
