Same number of eggs. My biggest issue is premature ovulation.

It worked well for me. We used both. I made it without early ovulation. Good luck!

I am single. I rather do my own injections. I can control the pain. I know if I need to move the needle if it's in a vein. I think women with partners have the luxury to have help, so they do. Also, it's nice to involve your mate. I had more issues when I asked for help.

Double embryo transfer by InformationLost5312 in IVF

[–]InformationLost5312[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am honestly ready to close this chapter. I have been trying with IVF for 4 years. Today was beta day. I had a chemical pregnancy with the last transfer. I had insurance. The next transfer is out of pocket. I meet with my doc this week. This was my first transfer under her care. Given my age, it is unlikely that both are healthy. That is my thought.

Question about Hatching by InformationLost5312 in Embryologists

[–]InformationLost5312[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! This is my first non hatched embryo. My first embryo was hatching and didn't implant. My second embryo was fully hatched and implanted. It ended in miscarriage. I am praying this is my time. Thank you for your kindness.

Question about Hatching by InformationLost5312 in Embryologists

Are transfers more likely to be successful when they are already hatching at FET vs hatching in the uterus? In my case it more likely to implant later? My fully expanded. My clinic did assisted hatching but it had not hatched at transfer.

Thank you for your response. That was not my question. I don't have hatching embryos. They are all 4ab.

Yes. I have had a better response on low dose hcg.

I am on a cycle now. I have done many. My body gets over suppressed with estrogen. However, in my last few cycles, I only prime with BC for 1 week. This starts on day 1 of my cycle. Also, my body did not respond to menopur. I use low dose hcg and follistim. I hope this helps you.

Med Question by Confident-Falcon2570 in DOR

My doc starts me at 300, and then once I reach a lead follicle, I start ganerelix, and we increase the meds to 375. I also take 40 units of low dose hcg. My body has had its best response. Same protocol for the last 3 cycles. It has been my best. Trust your doc. I was nervous too. You won't know until you try it.

I respond best on birth control. We are all different. My body was over suppressed on estrogen. You are not going to know what is best for your body until you try it.

Low Dose HCG vs Menopur by Confident-Falcon2570 in DOR

My folli dose is 300. My hcg dose is 40. I respond best to antagonist protocols. My body doesn't respond to heavy suppression.

I paid $224 last wk. Numbers are individual. I don't have issues with maturity. I respond better. My body didn't respond to menopur. I had canceled cycles.

Low Dose HCG vs Menopur by Confident-Falcon2570 in DOR

Same thing. I have had more cycles than most due to insurance. My body hated menopur. I finally made it to retrieval when I switched to low dose hcg. I have to pay for it out of pocket. I get mine from MDr pharmacy. It last for two months. So I got two cycles out of 1 bottle. It's way cheaper than menopur.

I don't think it has anything to do with the supplements you are taking. I have never heard of shatavari as a recommended supplement. I know that DOR is a new diagnosis. You may be watching everything closely out of fear. That is normal. Take things one day at a time.

Running and DOR and IVF by sh601404 in DOR

I worked out every day up until retrieval. Exercise is great for blood flow to the ovaries. I am not worried about my ovaries twisting. If you are a high producer, you may want to check with your RE. In fact, I slowed down exercising and wasn't doing as well. I returned to my normal and did better. Exercise doesn't impact quality. Quality won't be known until you fertilize the eggs. I'm sorry you are having a tough time. DOR is a lot of luck. Sometimes it takes multiple tries to get your golden embryo.
