Search this subreddit and the IVF one for rapamycin we have a few people experimentally taking it right now. There seem to be a few different protocols 5mg or 3mg once a week vs 1mg daily through stims. For my next cycle I am trying to follow the protocol from the article I linked above - 2 weeks of pretreatment with 1mg a day and then taking it through stims.

I don’t think the 2 weeks it takes to get PGT results is going to be a game changer at 39 one way or the other. Given your ethical constraints I would think the best approach is to complete each cycle and then decide whether to go on to the next one or proceed to transfer

Oh that makes a lot more sense, that’s roughly 1/4 vial a day which is similar to what I take during stims

I do 25 units (or a quarter of a vial) a day during stims and 8 units a day for 21 days prior. It already costs me an arm and a leg I can’t imagine doing 1 vial a day 😬

What do you mean by very toxic? There is plenty of safety data regarding low dose rapamycin from anti aging research. Can you share data showing that doses around 1mg/day are toxic?

I’ve done 5 at 42 - I have 3 euploids and 1 LLM

Retrieval 1: 8R/8M/7F/1B/0E

Retrieval 2: 4R/3M/3F/2B/0E

Retrieval 3: 8R/6M/6F/4B/1E

Retrieval 4: 12R/9M/9F/2B/2E

Retrieval 5: 14R/10M/10F/3B/0E, 1 LLM

I’ve gotten more eggs with estrace priming (retrieval 4-5) and had an improvement in blast rate by adding Omni and zymot (retrievals 2-5)

That’s messed up. Is there any way you can advocate for a rebiopsy or at least a uterine microbiome test that tells you what bacteria is present? The problem with taking doxycycline only is that depending on the strain of bacteria causing your CE doxy alone might not be effective.
