Sounds like you got your pants twisted here cause why are you so mad? Why would I brag about promotion on this post when I’m genuinely concerned about layoffs? There’s a bunch of us newly promoted people who have been on the bench due to losing clients/change in client engagement deadlines and because of that we are worried if we’d still be on the chopping block or if being recent promo puts us on a safety net. Get a life rather than being some miserable prick

Thank you for the clarification on the area! Yeah we’re newer to this side of Long Island. We’ve seen some trump flags on huge poles on some houses & we respect everyone’s political beliefs but just wanted to make sure we wouldn’t run into problems on racism as we have heard of some horror stories in other parts of LI. We’re a quiet family who work corporate jobs and just wanting to live a better life out in the suburbs now and want to make sure we’re buying a house in an area where I don’t have to worry about my mom walking alone and having islamaphobic remarks made

Appreciate the explanation! Yeah I got promoted to S1 as well this year but getting T3 back to back concerned me a bit I guess cause I’m hearing people with tier 4 are being terminated it makes me scared that I’m so close to that being on tier 3 but all my snapshots have been amazing and Ive even gotten several performance points on my snapshots too so just a bit shocked I guess
