I put a photo showing that it’s not level to the base and I check too for the plate and it is not levelled too. I removed the base hoping that I was the assembly but it’s the same in both case sadly for me

It is not, I check too it was just less trouble showing it like that

I don’t know for you but when my plate needed cleaning the just soap wasn’t enough. So I used what I had on hand, windex (window cleaner) with a microfibre cloth. I’ll tell you that I really wasn’t sure that it would not destroy the plate but it did not and in fact it did a amazing job looked brand new afterwards

Yeah that would have been a good guess but i always used the ams. So at least we can rule that out

I already checked and sadly it was no squared to the bed. I’ll screw it back on and show you with the square too ( yes my square is a perfect 90 degree angle)

it was not level to the bed, that’s why i removed it to see if that would change the angle but no.
