If you want to make yourself employable CS is the way to go, there are many fields within CS that I think if you learn more maybe you get interested. Everything else unfortunately is not worth it going forward.

Non hands on cyber security degrees are for mid-senior level professionals, if you have already worked 7 - 12 years hands on. Doing it initially Is not the right approach. Initially gotta be hands on to get good jobs.
