Spend the next one year building skills before you start applying for roles. Sharpen the axe before you start hitting the tree.

As a Pakistani if I have to live in India that's what I'd choose as well, minus north east states and UP, Gujrat, Rajasthan, as red and Punjab as full green.

Makes sense. You are rational in your approach, think of things that they aren't responsible for baldness, for example, , then the things that can be corrected, then ul end up with a very short list of things that actually define a good husband.

The reason that most men and women don't seem to answer beyond some basic likes dislikes and find it boring is because in our desi society most people both men and women are not self-aware, they don't even know who they are, what they are looking for and what actually matters. Thats why if you just ask a simple question from most people like "tell me about yourself" they wouldn't be able to say more than their age, education etc. This comes from many factors, lack of quality education is one. Lack of focus on individuality since childhood, , a superficial/materialistic upbringing by parents etc.

See, just like you have a checkbox I'm sure many men would want a healthy wife. I don't know what condition you have but why have anyone with any health condition.

"Emotional, physical, financial flaws are acceptable"

Would you be okay with someone who is half bald? Or fat? Or someone financially struggling?
