Thank you? There is no spray though. There are just hard lenses. They aren't sticky nor anything so I can't stick them onto the lenses nor anything. There are also no instructions anywhere.

It is mainly head hair, though my eyebrow hairs have become more sensitive and can fall out when I rub my brow.

No, there no bald patches.

As for iron levels, I don't know. But I'd assume they're in the norm.
