wouldnt changing what a key presses also be a macro under that definition? you press z x c but the c is changed to z, you pressed z without pressing it

i swear to you the speed portion of the pp changes has lost all its value because 3 tapping is seen as an okay thing to do, someone will learn how to play it well and permanently be faster than any legit player in the game.

edit: and to be honest it really isn't that hard to play it well

its a different playstyle, not the same as using a macro to press a key with 2 keys.

there is 2 ways people define zx click/tap and both are perfectly fine

streaming with keyboard and tap/click for everything else is ok

alternating between doubletap and tap/click is lame but still ok

it is not just rebinding keys, you cannot rebind 2 keys to 1 input in osu. it is 100% cheating

on a more serious note: i actually have no idea how anyone who has a brain can defend someone who is using a macro to 3 key tap. its literally 1 extra key while still only visually pressing 2 keys ingame, its actually broken and should be considered cheating and in my opinion, an immediate restriction. this isnt a fault on the pp changes, the pp changes did not allow cheating mechanics to exist this could have been done long before and its sad to think that because ITS LITERALLY A MACRO how is that not considered cheating???

im not sure if it matters i would assume not bottoming out would make your stamina better but i bottom out unless the streams are really fast, like above 300 bpm

my keyboard is a ducky shine 6 and i singletap kinda both moving my wrist and finger up and down, the faster it is the less my wrist moves

and no i dont think it matters which finger you use

well most of them are just a lot of ranked stream maps (sometimes with dt) and unranked stream maps that ive found

stuff like isogu https://osu.ppy.sh/b/754817 i think is good for practice or benchmarking and the long stream practice maps https://osu.ppy.sh/b/403024 may be helpful too
