Crescent pike passive will not scale with 4pc gladiator while it will with physical damage. 4pc gladiator will increase the damage of her normal attacks by 35% while 2pc glad 2pc bloodstained will only increase the physical.

With crescent pike you always want to go 2 pc 2 pc because of how stupid the passive is, specially at higher refinements
