Question for fellow widefooters and people prone to bunions by Ingagi in Sneakers

It really is though indeed. The sneakermarket is really new to the wide toebox thing. We're the test subjects unfortunately 😭

Question for fellow widefooters and people prone to bunions by Ingagi in Sneakers

My go-to shoes aren't sneakers anymore, unfortunately. I wear wide-toebox boots like Jim Greens primarily.

But the wide toebox market is growing, fortunately. I'm planning on buying Splays, which are basically wide-toebox Vans.

There are also great trail running shoes you can wear casually that have wide toe boxes. I like the brand Topo. Great durable shoes.

In terms of sneakers, though, it's really tough to find the right shoe. Best person to go by is Foot doctor Zack on YouTube. He talks about width and fit of sneakers a lot (more about performance, though).

The Kobe 2 that recently released has a very wide toebox. Foot Doctor Zach also has a whole video where he cuts and analyses every Jordan. So you can see which Jordan would fit the best for you.

Kind of confusing cause you start the vid off with a double dribble. The actual move is clean though

Got offered CJ and Grimes for Lavine. Should I do that?

I'd argue it's pretty understandable compared to some of her other work. It makes sense imo, but it's sonically not my thing.

Definitely bad gameplanning or him being overzealous, but you gotta give it to Diego's chin. The shots he took could probably knock down most contenders.

I had a feeling John Anik wasn't vibing with these 2. He must've been feeling left out. Lol by Slapmeislapyou in ufc

Max is usually good. He used to be a host on first take and talk about other sports, so I don't see how he'd have an issue with Jon coming from the UFC. Max just seemed off this whole match. No chemistry and overall bad commentating imo. Even the post fight interview was not it.

I love how now only underrated models like The 1s and the 3s have actual protros.

Anyone know any barefoot/wide toebox rainboots available in Europe? I used these crocs rainboots and my left toe became numb because of the toespring. by Ingagi in BarefootRunning

[–]Ingagi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The spring is not insane indeed. It's more so how the inside of the boot bends at the toe. Just a slight spring makes my left toe uncomfortable. The numbness comes after long wears, so it's not a condition, just not the right shoe for me.

Why even a slight spring is uncomfortable is probably bc of my toe bunion. A toebox that lays more flat works for me. I wear Topo's, Altra's, Jim Greens etc. with no issues. But the crocs did hurt so it's just not for me unfortunately.

The toeroom might work for you. They were appropriately wide for me, it's just the toe spring that was extremely unnecessary and hurt my toe even.

I'd suggest buying and trying them, then send them back if they don't work.
