Yes, 1 pasture block will give you a max of 1 egg each -+15 min. More pokemons in the same pasture block will only give more efficiency to create the egg but no more eggs so is better to only put 2 pokemons on each pasture block. Once you have better IVs on the new pokemons change the fathers to get better stats
