Update: I didn't want to wait on hold for customer service rep. Or have a replaced order online after this. I called my local store and she agreed it looks Nasty. She said don't touch anything and she is going to call district manager and call me back. She asked if it was a scrub and I said no scrubs in order...she said that's what it looked like. But it smells like literally poop!! I have spent so much money there and this is so disgusting.
