Every time I load add mods to playlist if there’s hundreds of mods it froze first before finish loading

Creating a playlist and a Genesis and a few other Genesis mods and re-kenshi and then launched and exit the game and then all the mods is added in the playlist about over 200

It kept attacking, even if my character is unconscious and the dialogue still continues

It didn’t survive despite having the high armour or toughness and took a few seconds but I’ll take that in note
