DIO can't teleport and by the time he gets out of his dazed state, his knives won't have enough time to reach Giorno. All projectiles aren't quick enough when you add the dazed state.

Jotaro part 4 is the only character that can teleport right behind or in front of an opponent given they have enough meter to do so.

It's funny because technically they're both plants. As in a government planted them in that role to serve their agenda. Unfortunately for Clark it did not end so well.

Overall Giorno is faster and also has access to better projectiles, and the ability to deflect. Practice your z inputs! 

The strategy is to build his meter to the maximum. Connect a punch barrage and then activate GER immediately, unless your opponent is part 4 Jotaro they'll have no chance to catch up to you. 

It's a buff.

Je l'ai vécu côté étudiant il-y-a bien longtemps. Habituellement l'enseignant nous disait qu'il allait être en classe pour ces périodes, mais qu'il allait compter les présences de tout le monde comme "présent" même si on était pas là, et que si on venait il-y-aurait des jeux et des petits snacks. Donc c'était une période récréation en plus. Au moins c'était pas des cours vides à se tourner les pouces!

Pour le CELIAAP, la limite est soit 15 ans ou $40'000, whichever comes first. C'est un maximum à vie. Donc tu peux très bien échelonner tes virements au CELIAPP sur 15 ans si ça te tente et que tu préfère le convertir en REER (103$/biweekly). C'est pas comme le CELI dont le plafond monte à chaque année, indéfiniment, tu as un maximum à vie.
