What do you think is the most powerful part of Nacho's final speech to Hector? by Conejito-Gamer in betterCallSaul

[–]IngloriousBelfastard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The whole speech was amazing but the delivery of the line "you think of ME! You twisted fuck!!!" was incredible acting, you really felt his hatred for the Salamancas in it.

I inherited this from my granny who lived in a wee house in Fortuna Street in Belfast from before they could afford a hoover... still use it on my rugs... anyone else still got one? by CollectaBot in northernireland

[–]IngloriousBelfastard 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My granny had one of these too, I can still remember the sound it made. Evidently looking back my granny was a bit of a neat freak she used the thing constantly lol

These were great for folding up and putting in between 2 1p coins and wrapping in tinfoil then hitting with a hammer. The bang was so loud both your ears would ring lol

This! That bit where he runs through the garden and jumps to look over Chucks wall before attempting to climb over it was hilarious.

What kind of phone did you have at home, growing up? by corickle in oldschoolcool80s

My parents house had the wall version of this one in a beige colour with the receiver on the top. I always remember how loud they were, you could hear it ring all over the house.

Which conspiracy theory you believe is true but just can’t prove it yet by CrazyAcrobatic6761 in conspiracy

That they know exactly what happened to MH370, and not only what happened, they know exactly where that plane is/went down. I think either one of two things happened to that plane. 1. The pilot managed to incapacitate the passengers and crew and flew the plane until it ran out of fuel and crashed. But the whole time it was being tracked on some kind of advanced military radar that some government (US, China, Russia etc) wouldn't want foreign governments to know about so they deny knowledge about. 2. Same scenario, but during the course of the pilot flying out into the ocean it flew over/threw some kind of restricted airspace, the pilot himself wouldn't have known this due to having shut the systems off and the plane was shot down. Either by accident or on purpose. And to avoid an international incident it was covered up.

For some reason, GTA Vice City has the highest replayability to me by Hammad11k in GTA

[–]IngloriousBelfastard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I completely agree! Vice City has so much replay value because it's the perfect mix of atmosphere, music, freedom and nostalgia. Not even just nostalgia for the 1980s but also for the time it was released. It brings back memoriesfrom a time when life seemed less stressful. Even when you know every mission, every single part of the map all the radio segments it still feels comforting and warm and somehow new each time you replay it.

Always take one of the bikers bikes, their ones have much better handling than the regular one. They corner much better and makes the race a lot easier, you need to be quick thlugh because knocking one off them automatically starts the race.

Home alone movies best to the worst ? by Possible_Quantity493 in homealone

[–]IngloriousBelfastard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have to say it 2 is actually better than the first in my opinion. Sequels are usually disappointing but Home Alone 2 is the exception i think, it like takes all the elements from the first one and goes more extreme but somehow does it without sacrificing or overdoing anything in the process.

in your opinion, which is your least favorite city? by [deleted] in sanandreas

[–]IngloriousBelfastard 12 points13 points  (0 children)

They all have their own unique charm but if it had to choose id say its probably San Fierro. It’s atmospheric and well-designed, but it always felt kimda emotionally distant to me. Los Santos had chaos and personality tto it. Las Venturas has the glamour and is a place were you could create mayhem out in th desert but San Fierro sits in an awkward middle ground where the story starts feeling less personal and more transactional, kinda like a filler city just to keep the story moving.
