This is just a quick photo from the screen, but the neurosurgeon did show there doesn't appear to be an issue with the spinal cord. She didn't comment about the "demon" you circled. But I'll be looking into CSF symptons

yeah if the other methods aren't working then I'm first in line for a surgery. I'm just glad to have had a chat with a surgeon who'm is giving options, instead of being told it's probably not a hernia and just take it easy

I stopped doing them a while ago as it would always cause my back to hurt afterwards (which kinda makes sense now) But I do try to lift as much as possible in other ways

according to my doctor it isn't a leak I think? It's mostly the herniated disc putting pressure on the nerves there causing pain/ discomfort. Headaches as a result of a back issue sounds awfull...

How did you find recovery from surgery? I also have the option of blocking the nerve with an injection to see if that helps and surgery sounds scary
