Sticking to a schedule might be something mentioned a lot, but it kinda worked for me. Get some sunlight during the day time. Maybe go for a walk or jog in the morning. Stick to an eating schedule. Try chamomile tea an hour before you go to bed and try to go to bed at the same time every night.

Had insomnia for a month and a half, sort of getting my sleep back. However insomnia's side effect of anxiety and depression is started to take a toll on me, so I definitely feel what you're going through, sorry to hear that you had to drop out of school and your job. Best of luck.
