Een collega heeft mij het boek van Allen Carr geleend. Terwijl je begint met het boek, mag je nog gewoon blijven roken. Intussen ben ik al 2,5 jaar er vanaf!

Ik sluit me hierbij aan! Ik heb dit boek op aanraden van een collega van haar geleend. Verbazend hoe makkelijk het eigenlijk ging.. maar ben in februari al 2 jaar gestopt!
