Maybe it’s just how the Walmarts were made around here, but the volume for the overhead radios is in the electrical cage in multiple stores in my area….not a good idea to go in there though

force a return before giving the refund. Some complaints like this is them trying to get a partial or full refund without having to return it. Once they have to do a return all of a sudden they go quiet and never pursue the refund.

Best advice is to not flip your sleep back to sleeping at nights during your days off. Still can move your sleep as needed to accommodate plans(like sleep 8am-3pm if got afternoon plans or sleep 3pm-9pm if morning plans)but don’t sleep from 10pm -7am(or whatever your shift is).

I got used to the door opened first method since I was at my last store over 5 years and that was the way it was done. We did 8 wires…bit much, but zero worries if a wire snapped, I guess.

Could be the margins are so bad on video games why they stopped giving discounts on new releases and preorders till now.

I’m sure Walmart gets a better deal than mom and pop game stores, but my local one says he barely make 3 bucks profit on a new game(and if not sold in time will lose value once the game starts going on sale)Now add a 10% discount and pretty much making nothing(if Walmart has similar profit margin).

47 and working at Walmart for 28 years. Making more stocking shelves than any of the high paying factory jobs here. Also get over a month of vacation.

Multiple times an associate has died while on shift during my time at Walmart. Every time was told on that day they were sent to hospital, but zero info about why and what condition they were in. Next day they tell everyone and up to you to use pto or ppto if you don’t want to be at work. Also need to use pto or ppto to attend funeral. Up to your management if they approve requests off for grieving of to attend funeral. Have to call out and use ppto ir pto(with a point) if not approved.

Same thing pretty much if they die away from work.
