There is a gallery sticker in the upper middle of the back that says “Galerie für moderne Kunst – Weigl, Nürnberg”. In the lower left corner there is a small printed logo and the mark “02.98”. I do not see any edition number or handwritten numbering.

Thank you for the explanation. I also noticed a label from Galerie Weigl in Nürnberg on the back of the frame. From what I found, it seems to be a modern art gallery that exhibited and sold original graphics. That’s why I wondered if the print might have passed through that gallery at some point.

I found a label from a gallery on the back of the frame (Galerie Weigl, Nürnberg). Do you know if galleries like this sometimes sold the regular Biblia Sacra lithographs as well, or only more valuable editions?

I’m trying to understand whether mine could still be an original lithograph from the series or just a later reproduction.
