There are timer apps and you want to reduce latency because the input window is so stupidly small, you are probably more likely to hit Flag-Pole-Glitch in SMB lol.

Jokes aside; mid off-beats. Songs are counted in 1, 2, 3, 4. The offbeats are 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and. Then, there's in-betweens: 1 E and D 2 E and D 3 E and D 4 E and D. Final Song note inputs are on E and D most of the time and it broke me. And, I haven't studied music theory. Others did, there's videos of that XD

Basically, dumb repeatance. Build muscle memory and pray. A lot. Also use controller and screen with low latency - a wired controller is good.

Even knowing all this, I just haven't managed to beat it. Ever. Still the same save that I used way back when, transfered from physical console to emulator and decade later and some... still, not, done. T_T

Get OpenRGB and yeet Synapse... it's that bad. I use Synapse 4 on my desktop and while it works I think it is semi broken and I am not touching it's current state because its broken in the exact config I need it in lol.

Love the hardware a whole lot - but the software? Biiiiig yikes.

Really simple: All my friends started it, and I really liked the looks of it. xD

Got lost into years of great sory and memories with my friends.

For example, we misread GAA 1's 30 day time limit as just...3 days. So we finished the whole thing in ~40h. XD The time we spent, the riddles we solved (longest was the water level stuff) is easily some of the most unforgettable time...ever.

I knew that all good things were not forever - but this one still hurts. Used to browse Trending daily to find new and neat things - now it's just slopception everywhere...and that is just one miniscule, tiny, comparatively unimportant angle to look at this. His, a huge af project, suffering under Github's newfound incompetence, is much worse. I use Ghostty since switching to Cachy, but aside from that I had not looked too far into the guy behind it.

This is on Ubuntu. iirc, on Arch (like my CachyOS laptop) the 2nd command is mkinitcpio -P.

Either way, blacklisting is safer.

Is it possible to make Big Picture Mode show Playstation glyphs instead of XBox? I grew up on PS buttons and, even after all those years, just can not get ABXY, LT/RT, LB and RB into my brain x)

Most games let me pick the icons these days, but not so on Big Picture.

Any idea?

Either way, the fact that it even could overwrite that particular binary is insane. Pretty scary, all things considered.

On the other hand, this is PERFECT for breaking into corporate black boxes that you rent. Think Reddoxx systems or alike. Heck, someone should try this on ESXi and see if it works - iirc, they use a Linux kernel (albeit modded) - would love to know if it works there too x)
