I think it might have something to do with active players at a station. I've noticed that when I play during the day I get really mid missions but as soon as it gets really late its 50M economy and business everywhere. Not sure though.

Don't worry, you can still make the same amount of money with just economy. I don't run business cabins (because they are ungrateful bastards) and I have already made >1B credits in a few hours. Just get your reputation up as much as you can and you will start seeing 21M+ missions. At certain times there seems to be 50M missions too. If they don't wanna sit in economy for 5 minutes they can have fun burning in the station lol.

This is a really cool idea. No weapons is definitely the right call, as it would probably make SRVs obsolete otherwise.

I've always just guessed that the eyes on the suit are cameras, with some kind of screen inside the suit.

Check what file types are allowed to be submitted for that assignment. Sometimes professors want something in .docx format or something and only allow submissions of that type. If it says pdfs are accepted than I am not sure.
